摘要:
基于呋喃唑酮代谢物3-氨基-2-恶唑烷酮(AOZ)的小鼠单克隆抗体和小分子抗原抗体竞争法检测的原理,建立了鸡蛋中AOZ的胶体金试纸条检测方法。AOZ经过邻硝基苯甲醛衍生后,能够被抗体识别,进而通过试纸条的方法进行检测。结果表明:该检测方法灵敏度高,通过肉眼判断最低检测限为0.02 μg/kg,消线含量为0.5 μg/kg。该方法能够实现鸡蛋中AOZ的快速检测和高灵敏度分析。
