摘要:
分别采用磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)提取法、免疫磁富集法和GB 29694—2013法提取鸡脯肉中的磺胺二甲基嘧啶,比较这3种方法的回收率和稳定性。当偶联液(0.01 mol/L PBS)pH为5.0、抗体偶联量为80 μg、捕获时间为45 min、免疫磁珠用量为350 μg时,免疫磁富集法的回收率和变异系数分别为98.8%~102.9%和4.7%~6.2%; 磷酸盐缓冲液提取法的回收率和变异系数分别为40.5%~78.5%与8.7%~10.4%; GB 29694—2013法的回收率和变异系数分别为90%~107.1%与8.5%~9.8%。磷酸盐缓冲液提取法简便省时,但是其回收率偏低; GB 29694—2013法与免疫磁富集法的回收率均可高达90%,与GB 29694—2013法相比,免疫磁富集法更省时,具有较大的应用前景。
