摘要:
对一株产ε-聚赖氨酸Kitasatospora sp.PL6-3菌株进行生理生化特性研究.并通过5L发酵罐中ε-PL的合成条件的考察,发现在搅拌转速为350 r/min,pH 4.0,初糖浓度为3%并补糖的操作条件下ε-PL的质量浓度可高达6.65 g/L,产率提高近10倍.
