摘要:
探讨了利用本实验室自制的Candida sp99-125脂肪酶转酯化合成生物柴油的过程.在利用间歇式反应得到最佳反应条件的情况下利用固定床反应器生产生物柴油,经过初步优化的试验结果表明,在采用分级流加甲醇下,生物柴油的转化率可以达到93%左右,并且固定化酶的使用寿命超过480 h.
