摘要:
随着人们对食品领域安全的关注以及石油基富马酸价格的不断攀升,利用可再生生物质原料发酵法制备富马酸备受关注。探讨了发酵法制备富马酸的关键技术问题,从菌种改造、淀粉基原料发酵、纤维质原料发酵以及非钙盐中和等工艺角度阐述了富马酸工业化生产的技术和经济可行性。
